2024 Fulfillment info & Company Update

What's up Battle Cats! I thought this would be a good time to update some info for shipping/fulfillment and let you guys know about some of the progress we have made. 

I know a lot of new people are finding the brand right now so lets start with some info on fulfillment. 

Battle Cat Company is an extremely small business. In full transparency it is just myself and Jacob, the first ever Battle Cat Co. employee who recently came on board over here. We also have occasional volunteer help from friends and family so please have patience when it comes to fulfillment wait times. Our aim is to get fulfillment delays down to a couple of days from the time you place your order to when you will start getting updates on tracking but depending on the volume of orders that come through it can be up to about two weeks. In most cases I would expect to start seeing tracking updates a week after an order is placed. I would much rather under promise and over deliver when it comes to fulfillment so know that we always aim for the fastest fulfillment that we possibly can. (Please note: this is especially true immediately after a new release or during the holiday season! If you are ordering gifts or want the newest gear first, order as early as possible!)

We have made great strides in the last year to cut down on wait times but we are still a very small business so again, I ask for your patience when it comes to order wait times. Also, it is important to know that we print all of our garments in house with the absolute best inks, garments, and equipment we can possibly use. When you buy from Battle Cat Co. you a buying hand printed apparel printed by myself and Jacob and never a print on demand product from a third party. We take great pride in our art and products and will never compromise. While there may be a wait, rest assured it will be well worth it.

For those of you who have been around the brand for awhile we are currently in the process of expanding! Unfortunately the area we are in is quite expensive to get industrial/commercial space so we are getting creative and adapting to our environment. Everything we are doing on the back end right now is with the aim of a new and dedicated location for the company to grow. We expect to have some headway with that this year and soon after will begin hiring which will be INCREDIBLE!
