Shipping Policy: Lost, Stolen, or Mis-delivered Packages
At Battle Cat Co., we take great care in preparing and shipping your orders. Once your package is handed off to the mail carrier, it is no longer under our control. Please carefully review our policy regarding shipping issues:

Responsibility After Handoff:
Once we transfer your package to the mail carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs during transit. -
Porch Pirate Theft:
Battle Cat Co. is not responsible for stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend ensuring safe delivery options, such as tracking your package, requiring a signature upon delivery, or shipping to a secure location. -
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Suggestions to Protect Your Order:
- Use a secure delivery location or a PO Box.
- Opt for signature-required delivery if available.
- Monitor your package tracking information closely.
